Nina Uhovskaya

Nina U. is a dedicated and compassionate New York City-based Yoga Teacher with over 40 years of experience as an educator, including 30 years in preschool education. She discovered her passion for yoga nearly a decade ago and has since trained extensively (400 hours) with the Integral Yoga Institute and Bernie Clark International.

Nina currently teaches at JCC, YMCA, Shakti Yoga Center, and for numerous private clients. Her goal is always to bring out the best in children through classes full of positive energy and potential.
