Natasha Trifan

MOMMY AND ME TEACHER, INTRO TO DANCE TEACHER, BALLET TEACHER, HIP HOP TEACHER

Natasha Trifan is a highly accomplished ballet and modern dance instructor, specializing in training professional actors and dancers.

She trained in the esteemed Vaganova Method of Ballet at Romania’s premier ballet institution and studied classical repertoire, including Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Paquita, Don Quixote, and Les Sylphides, performing at the National Opera of Bucharest.

Natasha holds a Master of Arts in Dance and Movement Therapy/Somatics from SUNY College at Brockport, USA, where she also earned a Movement Therapist Certification. Additionally, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Ballet and Modern Dance Pedagogy from the Academy of Theatrical Arts and Film in Bucharest, Romania.

With over two decades of teaching experience since 1999, Natasha has been dedicated to training dancers in both modern and ballet techniques.

As the founder of her own dance company in New York City, her choreography has been showcased internationally in England, Portugal, Romania, Chile, Russia, and across the United States. Her company has performed at prestigious venues in New York City, including Citicorp Theater at Alvin Ailey Studios, Joan Weill Center for Dance (International Dance Festival), Dance Theater, HERE Theater, Dance New Amsterdam, The Flea Theater, Merkin Hall at Kaufman Center, and Theater for the New City.
